KUHN Awarded EDA Gold Level Service Award for Third Consecutive Year
The North American Equipment Dealers Association (EDA) announced their 2017 Dealer’s Choice Award and Gold Level service awards. KUHN is excited to share that we were recognized for Gold Level service among shortline manufacturers for the third consecutive year.
This survey is valuable because it allows us to see what is most important to equipment dealers, so we can focus our energies on meeting those needs. It is not surprising that the three most important areas to dealers are product quality, parts availability and parts quality, as those are logical top concerns of our dealers’ customers. Customers are spending their hard-earned dollars on our products because our quality products perform well. KUHN emphasizes ‘Invest in Quality,’ and that includes quality products and quality people who provide competent, timely service and support. It takes effort by every employee in our companies to achieve this. For every employee who comes to work each day, it means what they do matters in providing quality products and service to our dealers and customers. It is nice to again receive a gold rating, but there is always room for improvement so we must continue moving forward.”

The awards are presented annually to manufacturers who receive exemplary ratings in 11 operational categories addressed in NAEDA’s Dealer-Manufacturer Relations Survey. Key areas evaluated include: Product qualify, parts availability, parts quality, technical support, responsiveness to dealer needs and concerns, warranty and communications.
